Product Specification and Product Material

The extension arm of the backboard is 2.25m in length; upper edge of the rim is 3.05m above the ground; dimension of the base: length x width = 2.0 x 1(m). The post is made with custom tailored 150 x 150 x 4 high quality square tube with large round corner (R30mm). The extension arm is constructed with high quality iron plates and the fixed orifices on the pull rod of extension arm are all impact proof with welded non-standard nuts.

Base boards of the post and frontal parts of the extension arm are made with high-quality cast steel. Upper pull rod can be used to adjust the uprightness of the backboard; while the lower pull rod can be used to adjust the parallelization between the basketball ring and the ground. The outer edge of the backboard base is made with custom tailored inward curled channel beam and safety proof. Bob-weights are no less than 510kg each.

Certification

This product has been certified by FIBA and passed the ISO 9001 International Quality System Authentication and ISO 14001 Environment System Authentication.
It has been certified by National Sport Goods Quality Supervision Inspection Centre, and awarded with a Authentication Certificate by General Admission of Sport of China.

Backboard

Specification:1800 x 1050(mm). Backboard is made with internationally used high-tension safety glass (13mm-thick double-laminated glass). Featuring high transparency, excellent weather resistance, aging resistance, corrosion resistance, not easily blurred etc. The lower edge and side of backboard are covered with protective strips, for player protection.

Basketball Ring

Basket is made with 17 solid circular steel. The bottom of the ring is welded with 12 impact- moulded circular arc net hooks. Basket has flexible great flexible resistance.

Fastener

All fasteners used for basketball backboard are ‘Jin Millon’ screws, an international famous brand. The surface of which are galvanized to guarantee no rust all year round.

Movable

The backboard is installed with travelling wheel and steering control rod and wheel lifting control rod, which are easily operated. Only one person required to move the backboard easily.

Protective Measures

Front post and foreside of the base are equipped with special jackets, which can effectively protect the athletes from impacts; an anti- vibration pad is installed at the bottom of the base, which can effectively guarantee safety and quality of the backboard while in use.

Surface Treatment

Surface of all steel parts are treated by means of acid washing and sprayed with pure polyester powder as surface finish.
Has passed a pencil hardness test with result of 3H+.
The coating is free from any toxic material, so it will not harm the users’ health.
